Sono stati tesserati Daniel Callahan (Irlanda) per Roseto Basket e Agron Xiarchos (Grecia) per l'Upea Capo D'Orlando. L'Armani Jeans Milano e Climamio Bologna hanno rescisso il contrato rispettivamente con Dusan Vukcevic e Nestoras Kommatos.
